SEGMENTS OF MILJKOVIC’S IMPLICIT POETICS IN »THE BALLAD TO TROUBADOURS OF OHRID«

Miljkovic (pronounced Mi-ly-kovich) perceives the exegesis of symbols as an understanding of the nature of the medium of representation by images. His creative procedure of mythic transformation includes: the transformation of the myth, interaction of various myths, and creation of an integral myth through a symbolic rendering of poet’s quest for the absolute being. The thought destroys the myth, in the poetic system of esoterica and hermetism. A cyclical quality of the world’s metamorphoses is the essence of Miljkovic’s poetry which glimpses the eternal spaces of the cosmogonic beginning, creation of a new world, and liberation of being.
